A: The Pronto100 is designed to quickly and easily print onto a single side of the card. You’ll need a dual-sided printer if you want to print on both sides easily.

Q: Does the Magicard Pronto100 come with cards and a ribbon?

A: Unless it’s a bundle package, no. But you can add these to your purchase, just check out the printer essentials tab before you check out.

Q: How do I connect the Magicard Pronto100 to my computer?

A: Connecting the Pronto100 is easy. You can use either a USB or ethernet connection to get your printer set up with your computer quickly.

Q: Will the Pronto100 fit onto my desk?

A: Without a doubt: The Pronto100 has one of the smallest footprints of any ID card printer. Its full dimensions are:

Q: Can I print onto access control cards with the Pronto100?

A: The Pronto100 is a direct-to-card printer which means printing onto access control cards can damage its printhead. We always advise those printing onto such cards to opt for a retransfer printer instead.

Q: Will the Pronto100 be compatible with my computer?

A: It’s very likely. The Pronto100 is compatible with both Mac and Windows operating systems, however, please be aware that EasyBadge card design software is not MAC compatible.
