The Zebra ZC10L is an oversized direct-to-card printer, made specifically for printing oversized cards. The machine is the only card printer of its kind that can produce full, edge-to-edge colour cards in one printing process. So if you need to print high-quality oversized cards that display large amounts of information, the ZC10L printer will be ideal. Alternatively, if you need to print regular CR80 credit-card sized ID cards, the Zebra ZC300 printer may be a better fit.

Zebra ZC10L – Common FAQs

Q: Can the Zebra ZC10L print onto access control cards?

A: We don’t recommend using the ZC10L to print onto contactless or access control cards, as it is a direct-to-card printer.

Q: Can the ZC10L print on both sides of the card?

A: The Zebra ZC10L printer is a single-sided printer, so will only print to one side of the card.

Q: Are plastic cards and printer ribbons included?

A: Unfortunately not. All consumables are sold separately.

Q: Does the ZC10L printer support over-the-edge card printing?

A: As a direct-to-card ID printer, the ZC10L does not print right up to the sharp edge of a card, as doing so could damage the printhead. Therefore, a small plain border is left around the sides of the card surface, to prolong the printer’s lifespan.
